Scott Felgenhauer, a lifelong resident of Schaumburg, is a graduate of Schaumburg High School and the University of Iowa. Scott has worked in sales for over twenty years, with experience throughout Chicagoland. He is very familiar with the area and knows the importance of creating strong ties between communities and commerce. He is a master networker and strives to build long term relationships by becoming involved in local organizations. Scott served on the Schaumburg Business Association’s Board of Directors and was chosen as SBA’s Leader of the Year and Volunteer of the year. He sits as the Board Chair for the District 54 Foundation, and is Chairman for the Village of Schaumburg Blood Program.
Scott believes the ability to help others is the best gift in life. That outlook, and a passion for real estate, drives Scott’s desire to help others navigate the complex process of buying and selling their homes. Building trusting, lifelong relationships is important to Scott, which is why he takes the time to listen and really be there when his clients need him.
